Who It Is For
The Hometown Heroes program is for Florida professionals who serve their communities: teachers, law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, corrections officers, healthcare workers, and more. Eligible occupations are defined by the Florida legislature and may expand over time.
This program can reduce or eliminate the cash you need at closing. Combined with an FHA or conventional loan, it makes homeownership significantly more accessible for those who qualify.
